Herbal Smoke Towel techniques

The knowledge and skills acquired during the workshop will help you enhance the quality of your sauna ceremonies, prepare for competitions, and further develop your professional career as a sauna master.

This is a two-day advanced workshop for sauna masters focused on advanced towel techniques and herbal sauna ceremonies. The training includes approximately 14 hours of instruction, combining theoretical education on herbs, their properties, and their use in sauna ceremonies with intensive practical training in towel techniques and ceremony performance. The workshop is conducted in small groups (maximum 12 participants) under the guidance of an experienced instructor and multiple award-winning sauna master.
