These Terms of Service govern access to and use of www.sauna-hub.com and any related websites, subdomains, digital tools, software features, applications, and services operated under the Sauna Hub brand. By accessing the platform, creating an account, submitting content, or using any related feature, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
Sauna Hub is operated by Mark Baďura and Ondřej Kapucián, based in the Czech Republic.

Sauna Hub is an online information platform, directory, and digital service environment focused on saunas, wellness centers, ceremonies, sauna professionals, events, schedules, and related wellness activities.
The platform may include public listings of wellness centers and sauna venues, public or semi-public professional profiles, event and ceremony listings, schedules and calendar information, business-facing administrative tools, staff and shift management tools, internal planning tools, reporting and analytics, export functions, promotional placements, communication tools, and future premium or subscription-based services.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Sauna Hub acts as an information and software service provider. Sauna Hub does not own, operate, supervise, control, endorse, or guarantee the services of listed third-party businesses, professionals, events, or venues.
Some features require a user account. By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date, that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement, and that you will keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account.
If you create an account on behalf of a business, wellness center, or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act on its behalf. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or the rights of third parties.
The platform may allow users, businesses, representatives, and other contributors to upload, submit, publish, edit, or otherwise provide content, including business details, venue descriptions, service descriptions, schedules, event and ceremony details, profile information, photographs, logos, videos, reviews, achievements, certifications, biographies, staff information, professional history, marketing materials, and other related content or data.
By submitting content, you confirm that you own it or have all necessary rights, permissions, consents, and authority to provide it, that the content is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party. You remain solely responsible for the content you submit.
By submitting content to Sauna Hub, you grant Sauna Hub and its operators a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, copy, reproduce, adapt, format, translate, modify for technical or editorial reasons, publish, display, distribute, communicate, and otherwise use that content for operating the platform and related services.
This includes displaying listings, profiles, schedules, and events, improving current and future platform features, making content available across related Sauna Hub services, providing administrative and business-related functions, and supporting promotional placements, featured visibility, campaigns, and other marketing services. Ownership of submitted content remains with the original owner unless expressly stated otherwise.
Information, content, profiles, schedules, event details, business data, and related materials submitted to Sauna Hub may be used across the Sauna Hub ecosystem, including current and future websites, interfaces, software tools, administrative tools, customer-facing tools, and related services operated by the same operators or a future affiliated operating entity.
Such use may include display, formatting, synchronization, categorization, export, indexing, recommendations, promotional use, analytics, and integration with related service features, provided that the use remains consistent with operating, improving, marketing, and expanding Sauna Hub services.
The platform may allow the creation of public or semi-public profiles for sauna masters, wellness professionals, ceremonial leaders, venue representatives, and other people active in the wellness field. These profiles may include names, profile photographs, biographies, work history, achievements, certifications, ceremonies, specialties, languages, locations, schedule information, and similar details.
By submitting this information, you acknowledge that some or all of it may be displayed publicly on the platform or related services according to your settings and the functionality of the relevant service.
Sauna Hub may provide or later introduce additional free or paid business-oriented features, including shift management, employee scheduling, internal administrative tools, data exports, event management, promotional tools, visibility boosts, featured listings, campaign tools, analytics, subscriptions, premium functions, and related commercial features.
Use of these services may be subject to pricing, separate service descriptions, supplemental terms, or subscription conditions. We reserve the right to modify, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time.
The platform may offer paid or unpaid promotional placements, boosted visibility, highlighted profiles, featured listings, prioritized display, sponsored appearances, or similar promotional options for businesses, venues, events, professionals, or related offerings.
Visibility may be affected by editorial decisions, data quality, relevance, activity, geographic logic, user preferences, technical considerations, or promotional arrangements. Sauna Hub is not required to provide equal ranking, equal visibility, or neutral ordering across all content.
Information on the platform may come from public sources, direct submissions from wellness centers or their representatives, user submissions, business account holders, automated or semi-automated processes, or internal editorial work.
While we make reasonable efforts to maintain quality and consistency, we do not guarantee that any information on the platform is accurate, complete, reliable, current, lawful, or fit for a particular purpose. Users should independently verify important details such as prices, opening hours, schedules, staffing, certifications, availability, and business practices.
You agree not to submit false, misleading, or deceptive information, upload content without the necessary rights, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, impersonate another person or business, use the platform unlawfully or fraudulently, interfere with platform security or operation, scrape or extract data without authorization, upload malicious code or spam, misuse business tools, or otherwise use the platform in a way that could harm the operators, users, or third parties.
We may review, moderate, format, edit, reclassify, hide, restrict, suspend, or remove any content, account, profile, listing, schedule, event, or other material on the platform where we reasonably believe that these Terms have been violated, that the content is unlawful, misleading, harmful, or infringing, or that removal is necessary for legal, operational, editorial, reputational, or technical reasons.
We are not obliged to publish or retain submitted content. Requests for removal, correction, or legal review may be sent to support@sauna-hub.com.
If you believe that content on the platform infringes your copyright or other legal rights, contact us at support@sauna-hub.com. Your complaint should identify the content in question, the right allegedly infringed, proof of ownership or authority, your contact details, and a good-faith explanation of the complaint.
Personal data is processed in accordance with the platform’s Privacy Policy. By using the platform, creating an account, or submitting profile and business information, you acknowledge that personal data may be processed for the purpose of operating the platform and related services.
Where profile, professional, scheduling, or event-related information is submitted, some of that information may be displayed publicly or used across related Sauna Hub services in accordance with these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
The platform may contain links to third-party websites, maps, booking tools, social media platforms, software tools, integrations, or other external services. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, availability, practices, or legal compliance of those services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and is governed by their own terms and policies.
We do not guarantee that the platform or any part of it will be continuously available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free from defects. We may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time, with or without notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the platform and all content and services made available through it are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, non-infringement, or suitability.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the operators of Sauna Hub are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or business-related damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, reputational harm, or service interruption, arising from or related to the use of or inability to use the platform.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the platform operators from and against claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to your submitted content, misuse of the platform, breach of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, or unauthorized submission of personal data, photographs, business materials, or other content.
We may suspend or terminate access to the platform, remove accounts, or restrict features where reasonably necessary for legal, technical, contractual, operational, or security reasons.
Users may request account deletion or content-related actions by contacting support@sauna-hub.com, subject to applicable legal retention obligations and the Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on the platform with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply under the laws of a user’s country of residence within the European Union.
Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the user and the platform operators regarding use of the platform, unless supplemented by additional service-specific terms, subscription terms, or policies.
